Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Hasan Çelik (“we”, “us”, “our”) governing your use of the Pawtrait AI mobile application (the “App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to use the App. If you are under the age of majority, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. The service

The App lets you transform photos using artificial intelligence for entertainment and novelty purposes only. Results are computer-generated approximations and are not intended to be accurate, realistic, or a true likeness of any person or animal.

3. Credits, purchases & subscriptions

• Each transformation consumes one “credit”. Credits can be purchased in packs or granted through a subscription.
• Credits are a limited, revocable license to use a feature of the App. They have no monetary value, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel a subscription any time in your Apple ID / App Store settings; cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid renewal.
• All payments are handled by Apple. Purchases are generally final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or granted by Apple under its own policies. Refund requests must be directed to Apple.

4. Your content and responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the images you upload. By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the images or have all necessary rights and permissions to use and process them;
• If an image contains another person, you have that person’s consent to upload and transform it;
• Your content does not infringe any third party’s rights and is not unlawful, obscene, hateful, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.

5. License to your content

You retain all rights to the images you upload. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, transmit, and modify your images solely for the purpose of providing the service to you (including sending them to our AI provider to generate results). We do not claim ownership of your input images or your generated results.

6. AI-generated content — disclaimer

Generated images are produced automatically by AI models we do not fully control. They may contain inaccuracies, artifacts, unexpected, or unintended content. We make no warranty as to the quality, accuracy, appropriateness, or fitness of any generated result. You are responsible for how you use, share, or publish generated images, and for ensuring such use is lawful and does not mislead or harm others.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App to: upload images of other people without consent; create content that is defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise illegal; impersonate or mislead; violate any law; or attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.

8. Intellectual property

The App, its name, branding, design, and software are owned by Hasan Çelik and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works of the App itself.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE APP AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that results will meet your expectations.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HASAN ÇELİK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR REPUTATION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE APP. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD 50. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hasan Çelik from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the App, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

13. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence, the courts of the Republic of Türkiye shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
