By downloading, installing or using Pathly ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. The service

Pathly is an educational guidance app that suggests daily tasks across pre-defined paths (Blog, YouTube, Instagram, Freelance, AI Agency) to help you learn how to start your own online business. Task content and progress can be used without an account. Pathly Pro and optional add-ons, where available, are provided through Apple In-App Purchase and subject to Apple’s payment terms. The content is informational only and does not constitute professional, financial, legal, or business advice.

3. No guarantees

Building a business depends on many factors outside the App's control, including your effort, market conditions, and luck. We make no guarantees about income, results, or outcomes from following any path or task.

4. Acceptable use

You will not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
You will not use the App for unlawful purposes.
You are responsible for any business or content you create using ideas inspired by the App.

5. Intellectual property

The App, including its design, content, and trademarks, is owned by the developer. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal use.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
