Privacy Policy

Effective date: April 25, 2026

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email, or phone number in the app for daily use.

Summary

Pathly stores your path choice, task progress, streak, and language preference only on your device using the operating system’s local storage. That data stays on the device unless you delete the app or use “Reset progress” in Profile.

Pathly Pro (optional) uses Apple’s In-App Purchase. When you buy, restore, or manage a subscription, Apple and our payments partner (RevenueCat) process payment-related data as required to complete those transactions, consistent with Apple’s rules. Your day-to-day task data for the core experience remains on the device as described below.

Data we do not collect in the app

Payments and subscriptions (Pathly Pro)

Subscriptions and one-time “lifetime” Pro purchases are handled through Apple. RevenueCat (the SDK that connects the app to Apple’s system) may receive technical identifiers and purchase events needed to verify entitlements, as described in their documentation. This processing is for billing and access control, not for marketing profiling.

Information stored locally on your device

The app stores the following on your device using local storage:

You can delete this on-device data by uninstalling the app, or by using “Reset progress” in the app’s Profile.

Children’s privacy

Pathly is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the in-app experience described above.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy and will post the new version on this page.
