1. What MindScore is
MindScore is a brain-training and cognitive-assessment entertainment app. The IQ test, scores, percentiles, and profiles it produces are estimates for entertainment and self-improvement purposes only. They are not a clinical, medical, or psychometric diagnosis and must not be used as one.
2. Subscriptions (MindScore Pro)
- Weekly: $4.99 per week after a 3-day free trial.
- Annual: $39.99 per year.
- Prices may vary by region; the exact price is always shown before purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your store account settings.
- Unused portions of a free trial are forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Apple users: use of the app is also governed by Apple’s Standard EULA.
3. Acceptable use
Don’t reverse engineer, resell, or misrepresent the app or its results. Don’t present MindScore scores as certified IQ measurements.
4. No warranties
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app.
5. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
