Terms of Use / Kullanım Şartları — Feyz

1. Kabul

Feyz uygulamasını indirerek veya kullanarak bu kullanım şartlarını kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen uygulamayı kullanmayın.

2. Hizmetin Kapsamı

Feyz; zikir, dua, namaz rehberi, Esmaü'l Hüsna ve benzeri dini içerikleri sunan bir mobil uygulamadır. İçerikler kişisel kullanım ve bilgilendirme amaçlıdır. Uygulama dini bir otorite ya da fetva mercii değildir; dini hükümlerde yetkili kaynaklara başvurmanız tavsiye edilir.

3. Ücretsiz Sürüm ve Reklamlar

• Uygulamanın ücretsiz sürümü reklam desteklidir.
• Bazı bölümler ödüllü reklam izlenerek geçici olarak açılabilir.
• Reklamlar Google AdMob tarafından sunulur; veri işleme detayları için Gizlilik Politikasına bakınız.

4. Pro Aboneliği

• Pro aboneliği tüm içeriği açar ve reklamları tamamen kaldırır.
• Abonelikler otomatik yenilenir ve haftalık, aylık veya 3 aylık olarak sunulur. Güncel fiyatlar uygulama içinde ve mağaza sayfasında gösterilir.
• Ödeme, onayladığınızda Apple App Store veya Google Play hesabınızdan tahsil edilir. Baron Soft ödeme veya kart bilgilerinizi görmez.
• Mevcut dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse abonelik otomatik yenilenir.
• İptal: iOS'ta Ayarlar → Apple Hesabı → Abonelikler, Android'de Play Store → Abonelikler.
• İade talepleri ilgili mağazanın (Apple / Google) politikalarına tabidir.

5. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım

• Uygulama içeriğini izinsiz çoğaltamaz, dağıtamaz veya ticari amaçla kullanamazsınız.
• Uygulamayı tersine mühendisliğe tabi tutamaz, güvenlik önlemlerini aşmaya çalışamazsınız.
• Reklam gösterimlerini otomatik araçlarla manipüle etmek yasaktır.

6. Fikri Mülkiyet

Uygulamanın tasarımı, yazılımı, görselleri ve derlenmiş içerik düzeni Baron Soft'a aittir. Kur'an-ı Kerim ayetleri ve hadis metinleri kamuya açık kaynaklardan derlenmiştir.

7. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. İçeriğin kesintisiz, hatasız veya her koşulda doğru olacağı garanti edilmez. Yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde Baron Soft, uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz.

8. Değişiklikler ve Fesih

Bu şartlar zaman zaman güncellenebilir; önemli değişiklikler bu sayfada duyurulur. Şartların ihlali hâlinde erişiminiz sonlandırılabilir.

9. Uygulanacak Hukuk

Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir.

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using the Feyz app you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. What the App Provides

Feyz is a mobile app offering dhikr, duas, prayer guidance, the 99 Names of Allah and related religious content. The content is provided for personal and informational use. The app is not a religious authority; please consult qualified sources for religious rulings.

3. Free Tier and Ads

• The free tier is supported by advertising.
• Some sections can be unlocked temporarily by watching a rewarded ad.
• Ads are served by Google AdMob; see the Privacy Policy for data handling details.

4. Pro Subscription

• Pro unlocks all content and removes advertising entirely.
• Subscriptions auto-renew and are offered on weekly, monthly and 3-month terms. Current prices are shown in the app and on the store page.
• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account upon confirmation. Baron Soft never sees your payment or card details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• To cancel: iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions; Android Play Store → Subscriptions.
• Refunds are governed by the policies of the respective store (Apple / Google).
• Apple's standard end user licence agreement also applies: Apple Standard EULA.

5. Acceptable Use

• You may not reproduce, redistribute or commercially exploit the app's content without permission.
• You may not reverse engineer the app or attempt to bypass its protections.
• Manipulating ad impressions by automated means is prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

The app's design, software, artwork and the arrangement of its content belong to Baron Soft. Qur'anic verses and hadith texts are compiled from publicly available sources.

7. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or accurate in every circumstance. To the extent permitted by law, Baron Soft is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app.

8. Changes and Termination

These terms may be updated from time to time; material changes will be announced on this page. Access may be terminated if these terms are breached.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
