🐷 Broke Club — Terms of Use

By downloading or using Broke Club ("the App"), you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

1. What the App Is (and Isn't)

Broke Club is a habit and challenge app that helps you track no-spend days with friends. Savings figures shown in the App are your own estimates for motivation purposes. The App is not a financial product and does not provide financial, investment, or budgeting advice.

2. Subscriptions (Broke Club Pro)

• Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription: $2.99/month or $19.99/year (prices may vary by region).
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
• Inviting friends, joining challenges, and sharing cards are free and never require Pro.

3. Fair Use

Don't use the App to harass others, impersonate people, or post unlawful content in challenge titles or names. We may remove content or restrict access that violates these terms.

4. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

5. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be posted on this page.
